If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at rebecca@shoptheperfects.com

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: Accessories and other non-clothing items such as perfumes, bath & body, car freshies as well as intimates, jewelry, headbands, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price).

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
