- You have 10 days once you receive your order to exchange a regular priced item or get a store credit.
- Clearance/Sale/Bralettes item are final.
- Send returns to: Perfects Inc - 1228 Country Club RD - Camden, AR 71701. Shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer.
- Return items must be unworn with tags/labels and can't contain any odors such as but not limited to pet or smoke smells.
- Sale items, intimates (bralettes & camisoles), tights, beanies, jewelry, agendas, journals, candles, bath & body products & gift cards.
- There are certain situations where exchanges/returns are NOT granted-Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item and received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
